Kenwood has long been regarded as one of Britain’s most well-known food preparation brands and one of Youmeus’s longest standing clients. Over the years we have worked on over 50 projects together.

In 2004 Kenwood set about to extend their food mixer category, reach out to new markets and new consumers. Working closely with Kenwood’s in-house design, engineering and marketing teams, Youmeus provided the external impetus to help define and shape a new product category with the design and development of the kMix stand mixer.

We explored new territories, creating a product that tapped into the hearts and minds of the consumer on an emotional level. Youmeus conceived and designed the entire product and user experience including; naming, product design, packaging design and various brand activation activities.
