In 2004, Kenwood set out to extend their food mixer category and reach new markets and consumers. Working closely with Kenwood’s in-house design, engineering, and marketing teams, Youmeus provided the external impetus needed to help define and shape a new product category through the design and development of the kMix stand mixer.

Our remit was clear: to create an iconic product for consumers seeking high-quality design that embodies the values of the Kenwood Chef range, tailored for a new generation.

We explored new territories, creating a product that connected with consumers on an emotional level, tapping into both their hearts and minds. Youmeus conceived and designed the entire product and user experience, including the naming, product design, packaging, and brand activation.
