Joseph Joseph approached us to design a microwave popcorn maker, as an interesting addition to the brands M-Cuisine™ microwave cooking range. We researched the popcorn category and identified several key insights and opportunity areas, including the rise in gourmet popcorn, healthy snacking and the rituals associated with sharing.

This resulted in the M-Cuisine™ Popcorn Popper. A complete popcorn making kit with the versatility to help you cook, flavour and serve a trendy snack. A product that inspires your imagination and provides you with the inspiration to get creative with flavours. The lid sieve design allows you to shake out unpopped kernels that might be left after cooking and the round spherical bowl shape is optimized for shaking, letting any added flavourings be evenly distributed. Simply add the kernels, cook, sieve, flavour and shake.
