Our research revealed a shift in ironing habits: from scheduled batch ironing to quick, ‘little-and-often’ sessions. A key insight that informed the design was that people often store their iron and ironing board in separate areas of the home, making setup time a significant barrier to regular use.

Pocket™ is a compact, folding ironing board with integrated storage, a versatile solution that keeps your iron and accessories neatly organised. It maximises storage options and reduces setup time, making everyday ironing more efficient and convenient.

The concept, originally developed by Youmeus, was further evolved by Joseph Joseph’s in-house design team and has enjoyed several years of successful production.
