VP Med Group is a leading provider of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) guide wires for use in interventional cardiology and other vascular procedures. The group approached us to develop a product to help their education and sales teams demonstrate their various guide wire products to their customers.

Youmeus designed, engineered and manufactured ‘Layer’, a device which brings a rich-media experience to their sales toolkit. The device combines digital with physical to tell stories, allowing VP Med’s customers to explore and discover the full potential of their wire products. Featuring an interactive screen behind the simulation cassettes, powered by iPad™, delivers compelling graphical illustrations and animations to suit different presentation, education and simulation scenarios.
